A Sweet Little Baby Sprinkle

I had the honor to plan and host one of my close & sweet friend’s baby shower during the summer. My friend’s name is Crystina and she is the most loving and supporting friend a girl can have! We met at a Wild + Free meet up! We just clicked and talked about it all. We were meant to be ❤️

Here she is

The Food

We kept everything sweet and simple. I ordered croissant sandwiches from Costco (they need a 48 hr advance), made a yummy salad and put them in clear cups, had a charcuterie board, treats from Trader Joe’s, and baked her a homemade Lemon Raspberry cake!

The Decor

The main decor were beautiful photographs taken by another sweet friend of ours, Charlie. Check out her Instagram . The rest of it was just decor I had around the house. I bought flowers from Trader Joe’s ( TJ has the best flowers) and used mason jars as vases. Although, I am the worst at balloon garlands, I am so happy with how it all turned out. Most importantly, the mama to be was happy and loved it all!

I do want to mention that Crystina’s husband sneaked some cash under my front door mat. It was very sweet of him to want to help me! I appreciate those kind of men! Thanks Matt!

The Guests

We have made such dear friends in our Wild + Free homeschool group. Although we wanted to invite everyone in it, we also wanted it to be an intimate baby sprinkle. We both decided on a few close friends and they all came! It was such a lovely evening. We talked and laughed, and laughed some more.

I am so happy we got to celebrate and shower her and her baby with so much love. She has given birth to a health babygirl since then! Oh, and she’s the cutest littlest babe ever!

Mamas, if one of your friends is pregnant, throw her that baby sprinkle! It does not need to cost lots of money. It does not need to be extravagant. Don’t let Pinterest baby shower boards discourage you! No matter what you do, that mama will feel loved as she should. They are doing a great and marvelous work.

Hope you enjoyed this post!

Xoxo,

Rudyko
