My “Cielito Lindo” Themed Mother’s Blessing AKA Baby Sprinkle

I truly have the best girlfriends EVER! Moving to Utah almost 3 years ago, I never expected to meet the women I know now and love. These women have graciously given me so much love and I, of course, have been giving love back.

It is rare to meet a group of ladies that are all so different but yet match each other’s energy. And if one of us is missing our energy for any reason, no worries, they got you. We don’t have to be “on” all the time, which is so nice to know. We all need friends like that.

My friends are so creative and talented so when I heard they were planning my Mother’s Blessing aka baby sprinkle I just knew it was going to be special!

The day of my Mother’s Blessing I was so excited to see what they had planned. When I walked in my friend’s house… I was in awe! I could not believe my eyes. The theme was so me and it was all SO BEAUTIFUL!

The Food

As an HG pregnant mama, food is a very delicate subject. Some days I like something, the next, I can’t even stomach it. Because of this my friends decided to have a taco/nacho bar. And they did not MISS! We had steak, carnitas, beans, guacamole, chips, and all the yummy fixings to put on top!

I had 2 plates. lots of fruit, and 5 cups of jamaica haha

My Mother’s Blessing Circle

The Mother’s Blessing circle was so incredibly inspiring. My friends each wrote birth affirmation cards for me to hang in my birth room, read me a heartfelt Dińe poem, and even made me the most beautiful thing herbal tea bath bag.

Each of my sweet friends also took home a candle to light for me and baby when I go into labor.

My Herbal Tea Bath Bag

My herbal bath tea bag had magnesium flakes, hibiscus, rose petals, calendula, citrus, cinnamon, and rosemary.

Just look at all those magical colors. I can not wait to take a bath with my tea bag.

Cutest Game EVER: Guess That Baby

This game was so fun to play. My friend had all the guests send them a baby photo. We had to guess which baby was who! You’d think we would know our friends face features, but let me tell you… We all failed haha.
